A more useful signal

Less searching. Better context. A clearer next step.

Public planning information is abundant. Commercially useful context is not. We filter for relevant indicators, validate the source, assess the evidence and present each opportunity in a format built for a consultancy team to act on.

We call them opportunities because they are not guaranteed instructions. You keep the professional judgement; we reduce the time spent finding and qualifying what may be worth pursuing.

How it works

From planning activity to an actionable briefing.

  1. 01

    Agree the profile

We confirm your discipline, supported operating areas and the services you want to receive.

  2. 02

    Monitor and validate

We monitor relevant public planning activity and require a working source before an opportunity can be supplied.

  3. 03

    Score and explain

Each opportunity receives a current numerical score, a clear strength tier and an honest note about what is still unknown.

  4. 04

    Deliver promptly

Newly qualified opportunities can arrive after monitoring, followed by a concise weekly recap without duplicates.

What your team receives

Enough information to decide whether an opportunity deserves attention.

Every briefing is designed to be readable on mobile, shareable internally and transparent about confidence.

01

Why it may matter

A plain-English commercial summary rather than a raw planning alert.

02

Likely work

The specialist requirement indicated by the available evidence.

03

Stage and timing

The current planning stage and the known trigger for action.

04

Approach route

The applicant, agent or most credible route identified from the record.

05

Confidence note

What is verified, what remains uncertain and any incumbent-consultant risk.

06

Official source

A direct route back to the supporting public record for professional review.

Honest prioritisation

Strength is visible at a glance.

The numerical score remains the source of truth. The tier makes its meaning quicker to understand without pretending a weaker signal is stronger than the evidence supports.

90–100

Platinum

Exceptional fit. High confidence in service match and immediate opportunity.

75–89

Priority

Strong fit. Well-supported service match and a credible route to action.

50–74

Potential

Credible opportunity. Plausible service match with details still to confirm.

0–49

Watchlist

Earlier-stage indicator retained for professional judgement.

Start with evidence

A pilot built around where you actually want to win.

Your four-week pilot uses one agreed operating profile, matched to your priority locations and specialist services. We review source support, relevant planning activity and existing customer overlap before confirming that profile.

  • An evidence-reviewed operating profile
  • Your selected specialist work types
  • Prompt briefings when suitable new opportunities qualify
  • Weekly recap with no repeated opportunities
  • No automatic renewal and no long-term commitment

Need a broader regional footprint? Tell us the full area you cover. We will identify the most commercially useful starting profile and review broader coverage separately.

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers before you enquire.

What types of work can I choose?

Your profile can focus on arboricultural impact assessments, method statements, tree protection plans, site monitoring and supervision, and planning-condition support.

How many planning authorities can I monitor?

Coverage is confirmed individually rather than set by a fixed national council allowance. Planning activity varies significantly between authorities, so we assess each proposed profile for relevance, source support and existing customer overlap before activation.

Which consultancy disciplines do you support?

We are currently onboarding arboricultural consultancies. Additional specialist disciplines will only be introduced after their sources, matching rules and quality controls have been independently validated.

Do you guarantee work or a fixed number of opportunities?

No. Volume depends on planning activity, geography, source availability and your chosen services. We supply evidence-backed indicators, not guaranteed instructions.

Will I receive duplicate opportunities?

No. Previously supplied opportunities are tracked for your account and are not repeated as new.

Why is availability limited?

We assess operating area, service fit and existing coverage so growth does not undermine the commercial usefulness of what customers receive.

What happens after the pilot?

The pilot ends after four weeks. There is no automatic renewal. You can stop with no further charge or choose the optional £99 monthly service.
